hi mate, i have not started my 2.0L yet but i left the 2.0L crank sensor in place ( i have the 1.6 one just in case tho), and as far as i am aware the port sizes for the exhaust manifold (1.6/1.8/2.0) are the same ( someone correct me if i am wrong) hope that helps, will update this for you and let you know if the engine starts with the 2.0L sensor ( it should do   )

yer cheers mate picking my 2.0 up 2moro then starting on it,ill be workingon it all nite during theweeks to get it done lol,mite put sum pics up to show peopl ehow its done so should b fun

alrite cheers fellas well ill c how it goes this week,starting monday hopefully,should b alrite,gonna do new head gasket set and few other bitz so ill post up sum pics step by step
