no idea i havnt changed it and the car came with not realy any service history! i need like a list of things to check and what to do to see if i can fix it or if its gotta be take to a garage jobby!!

how many miles ya car done, haynes says your fuel filter should be changed at 60,000 miles, its not a garge job its simple , it took jj (jdfiesta) 2 mins to do mine (i was gona do it but jj did it)

! and the filter cost bout Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 from ford.

rite well mines done 63,000 so i will change it! any one had this problem with ther car not pulling over 4000rpm? if ya did what did ya do to fix it lol

just change filters, get it a service and checked over by someone you know instead of paying loads to get it done?

i had the same sort of problem and i found it was my air flow sensor
also u need lots of cold air

rite well my mate has a fully workin replacment maf so im gonna stick that on and see what happens! will let you know. how do you clean a maf sensor?!
