| Post subject: | cant unlock my car from the passager side ? |
as above cant unlock my car from the passager side im sure i used to be able to untill i removed my ECU now i need to fit my drivers side central lockin moter ( new ) and worryed im going to get locked out   also my alarm has stoped workin since my ECU or engine has been removed and help ?

You cant unlock your car from that side cos the motor in the drivers side has gone, so when the pasangers door sends the signal for the drivers door to unlock, it cant cos the motot is dead. You can still lock/ unlock from the drivers door. You can unlock from the passangers door, but it will just lock itself. you have to open the door straight away before it locks itself again. |

thanks mate ill fit my new central lockin moter and loom to the drivers side and see if it makes a diffrents
