i had that, then the whole box blew up. Could be worn gearbox mounts though ? |

it seems like a lot of things are goin wrong with this car!! ok it is over ten yrs old but they should still be going just like every other ten yr old car, plus its a zetec engine!!!!! how the hell am i meant to mod this thing if stuff keeps goin wrong with it. how much do garages usually charge to do engine mounts? and is it a big job? |

Haven't had time to check mine. It didn't sound that serious though! And it's been doing it for half a year or more. I've got more immediate problems like fitting new front disks and pads one evening this week so won't get a chance to look at the gearstick thing for a while ![]() |
