I filled all the spaces in my zetec mounting with Tiger Seal, as suggested by someone else on here, to try to make it more robust. Not used that car on the road yet, but just broke the standard mounting on my other 'temporary' 2.0 Si, so will be doing the same to the new mounting for that sometime this week. I just put cling film underneath it on a flat surface then filled it up to the top. Used most of a tube, and took quite a while to fully cure (also quite smelly while the solvents were evaporating). |

ok thanks I was going to use something like that but since I bought this polyurethane moulding kit which comes with 2 bottles you mix together it pours like water takes 60 mins to fully cure at room temperature, it also only cost £15 so I'm hoping this will work |

Sounds like that's what I need. I'm a bit worried the Tiger Seal won't be set by the time I need to use it at the weekend. |
