Hi all, I have a fiesta RS1800 and I'm having some problems with the idle when warm. When the car is cold it runs fine, but when its warm, some times the engine stops when I press the clutch, it just don't idle, and I have to restart the engine. Also sometimes when I press the clutch the idle is at about 1300 rpm, and when I press the accelerator the engine stop. Any idea? Thanks |

Firstly have you checked all sensors, eg MAF |

Yeah, unscrew the 2 screws and itll pop out, youll need a security torx bit, when open give the 2 wires a wipe with a cotton bud. But mainly the wires are what tend to fuck up so unplug the maf sensor and see how it runs, if it doesnt cut out like its been doing then you have the problem. |
