Needs to be live mapped as well Roon has just put his in and it has 164bhp with 164 ft/lbs. With a little more mapping to go. The gearbox is needed but I can't remember if theres a space issue or not. might not be, I just think they cost about £200 seperately, |

Ballache and expense, but just watching a mk5 pull away and the whole car shake like fuck gets me feeling its fast.. Theres a 180bhp ZS on ZSOC which I've been in and the guy who was driving me in it went in the Dtec and reckons it was much faster. The Torque figure with the DTEC is one great, it's what will make the car really go. Add some Cosworth bits and your looking at 200+ |

ST Duratec: Manifold, Sports Cat, Cat back, 10mm Leads, 60mm Throttle Body, K+N, Cosworth Inlet, Cams - Should be good for 200bhp + 160lb/ft - cosworth inlet loses torque so standard maybe better - cosworth is suited to supercharging |

I've heard your paying a lot of money for the Cosworth name when you buy from there as well. Although i'm not sure what alternatives there are ![]() |

SBD's tapered throttle bodys with management put the 150 duratec to 200bhp with no other mods, tha duratec will be the future of fiesta engine swaps I think. Theres a lad on here who lives near me who looked into doing the duratec conversion but ended up doing the silvertop zetec for time and cost issues |

mountune's new inlet is good - but expensive duratec is a good engine - gear ratios are ridiculously short - but with cosworth cams and valve springs, rod bolts and right map and mods - apparantly you can hit 8200rpm! |

Minster power go up to 8500 rpm on there 270bhp duratec that's some revs lol |
