bought new wheel nuts when i bought my rs rims, as my old ones were too small. chaps at my garage told me the ones i have are going to bugger my wheels eg eat through them because theyre too small at the bottom or something like that (cant remember the exact words) anyone know which i need now? he showed me but ebay all seem to have the same so not sure if they have a diff name? not just plain pld steel wheel nuts? want to get this sorted before FF so i dont kill myself and my girlfriend on the way there. thanks |

have you got the 4 spoke rs wheels from a mk1/2 escort?? revolution wheels are the same fitment too, have a look on burton power at wheel nuts, think you'll be looking at around £20 a set |

already got them chris, dont think they're meant to be taperd or whatever it is, ie no angle where it first makes contact with the wheel. is that what you have? |

Im gonna guess the rs2000 wheels are the same nut as the gti wheels as they are both off the same model of escort so they should be tapered with open end. If you go to a motor factor and ask for ford alloy wheel nuts that is what you will get. Garage is probably telling you from an "iv never owned a ford" sort of view. Just take a look at the wheel and see what will fit. |

so you have these wheels http://img.photobucket.com/albums/0803/ ... 381872.jpg the wheel nuts you need are these or these both will work fine, any scrapyard usually have them for £10 for 16 ![]() the wheel nuts you put in your 1st link are for mk1/2 escort rs2000 wheels, thats what confused me lol |
