Afternoon all,
I seem to be going through an unusually large number of rear wheel bearings.
I've had the car for two years now and I have had the change them cause they've worn out twice already, plus once for me installing them wrong, and another cause I changed the rear drums. And, now the drivers side one has worn again. So, in one year (as I changed the first one just before its MOT last year) i've had 4 wheel bearings (not including the ones I did wrong, forgot to spin the wheel when tightening up
).Now is this normal? I'm guessing not, how often have you had to change yours?
Do you use the cheap ones off eBay or proper Ford ones? Does this make a difference?
The car is lowered 35mm on GMax springs, would this have an effect?
