hi guys my fiesta aint starting and wondering why... i recently posted on the sit about this problem i had and i got told it could be a sensor, i dissconected the sensor that joins to the exhaust down pipe and it worked a treat my problem was gone... i turned the car off and it didnt fire back up any info would be appreciated. i have just serviced it with new plugs leads and now today a coil as it wasnt getting a spark. |

so u have disconnected the lambda sensor in the exhaust?? If so then it is most likely going to need a new 1 if that was the problem in the 1st place. Try putting the sensor back in and see what happens... |

yeh the car cranks over but just doesnt fire, i have tried reconnecting the sensor too...nothing. im just outside the dalkeith area of edinburgh. |

could be the fuel cut of switch, or imobiliser. do you know if fuels getting through? |

ok so my cars not starting again got stranded at the shops same problem as listed before but this time the cut off switch aint working is there some sort of timer thing on it? |
