can i keep 2 litre pump and use cvh filter? im sure i read somewhere you can but cant find it now

so would i be able to use a cvh filter with a standard rs1800 engine or just the standard zetec 1 thanks

When I put the 2.0 in mine I kept the 2.0 oil pump and used a ka oil filter. |

Yeah the cvh oil filter just gives ya enough clearance you need but will need to be changed sooner though. |

Cheers for the replys confirmig i can use the filter Dont mind having to change it more often as i tend to change oil an filter every 4 month now anyway

The cvh filter is pretty much the same as a zetec item except its an inch shorter in length, perfectly fine to use aslong as you change oil a bit more often which you said you are |
