Ive just bought a rotten mk3.5 fiesta ghia with the full electric pack, im planning on stripping all the parts i want of the ghia and fitting them to my mk3, the ghia is complete except the heated front screen switch and the plug from the heated screen swich into the loom, i've removed the center panel of the dash to look for the plug but no joy, but i did find another plug (black with a red inside and oval shape) this wouldn't fit or reach the heated screen switch, but im assuming there is an loom adapter or something?? that would of been fitted to the car from factory, is this true? If so could someone post pictures of what they have or if they have a front heated screen switch spare that they would sell? Cheers for any help, tony |

Im not 100% what im doing with my daily yet, i will be putting a 1.8 zetec in it, but not sure which route to follow, original plan was to use my original engine loom and use bike carbs, but the ghia came up and i was thinking use the loom and go efi injection with rs1800 parts to mtch my engine. When i got the ghia i relised it had a full electric pack so am now contemplating fitting the FULL car loom (obviously some of the wiring is different from the mk3 like some of the wiring to the boot lid) this way i can avoid cutting and shutting looms, that was tge idea anyway I'll get a picture of the plug at the weekend when im back in plymouth |
