did it pass mot like this? could be earth wire draining battery ,could be servo faulty |

Have you had your battery checked at all out of interest? To be fair, sounds like the person who did the MOT is a tit if hes let a faulty servo pass the MOT. To check it, while the car is switched off, pump up the brake pedal until its nice and solid - about 5 pumps should do it, then hold your foot on the pedal and turn the engine on, the pedal should then go down. If it doesnt, its a clear indication of a faulty servo. |

I would get a charge and drop text done on the battery. If either come back with bad results, change it... If that doesnt fix it, start looking at other things like ISCV

the brake problem wont be electrical, check the vaccuum hose that goes from the servo to the inlet manifold is connected properly and not damaged. does the lights go dim when u brake wen the car is warmed up? |
