hi, on my Si iv got some rs2000 alloys with 195/50 15 tyres on them and they are rubbing abit when i go on full lock, i was thinking of sticking some spacers on to stop the rubbing but will this make a difference to the wheels nuts, cause obv if i stick 5mm on im gonna be losing 5mm of thread? any help would be much appreciated thanks |

Try 3mm, should be enough  and yes you will lose thread, but if the wheel nuts are torqued up properly it will be fine

When you next change your three, go for 195/45 that will be much better. I think everyone has suffered scrubbage of 195/50 as thats what used to be on mine, and that scrubbed alot until I changed them. |

Yeah 5mm on 16's is fine man It's when you start going 10mm that you need to change the stud length |

just go 3mm unless your not too low / or have rolled arches |
