I have a 1.6 diesel box which is even longer ratios than the 1.8 diesel which is easier to find. Acceleration is defo compromised but i do 70mph at 2,750rmp. When i get the chance i will be fitting fiesta si gears 1 to 4 but keep the diesel 5th. Also would fit a lsd. Stuart Ps im 2.0 zetec too but in a fibreglass kit car |

cheers ive found the rs1800 box but dont no about the ratios but i woulld love to get the s2 box though. its only because ive just rebuilt the engine about 15000 miles ago and dont want to rev it too hard all the time and its better to keep her under load. |

i know that, i i drove dan's( lowsi's) Si which had a diesel box and it didnt feel that bad acceleration wise, always felt my 1.6 box was a bit poo ![]() |
