whats the best thing to use to replace my gear box seal ??? and how bad is it if the bearings gone in 1 of my pulleys ?? |

what seals gone to start with ? best off replacing it with std ford gasket best of changing the pully tbf |

nice 1 m8 and its the seal on the end were its got the 10mm bolts all the way round |

just get a new one from ford and use a little gasket sealent then |

there easy to change just becareful for gearbox oil not to come out. |

gearbox oil will come out with the end plate off. iirc u will need a 75w90 gearox oil |
