jusdt stripped down my oil pump, to check its ok as part of timing belt etc ended up in there when it snapped
would you say this needs replacing, ie cos theres the scores on the pump
im pretty sure the answer is yes but hey ho

I would say so, seeing as you have it in peices anyway! How crap would you feel if you got it all back together and the pump went in two weeks and wrecked the engine?? Just my tuppence worth. Paul
