Post subject: | Running temperatures |
Evening guys, I've finally got around to replacing my coolant and the temp sender for the instruments so now I can actually see what my engine is doing ![]() Quick question, where abouts on the "NORM" does everyones needle sit? Drove from Dundee to Cranwell today and it was either between the O and R at best but mostly between the O and N. I know the Fiesta runs hot so I'm not overly worried, just curious as to whether its right or not... Paul |

they should usually sit around the N mark and the fan should come in at around the R/M mark. |

When my car is at the O the fan cuts in and then just goes below O When on a run it's hovering below M So if you car is fine then it should be on O in traffic And M on the motorway |

Thats strange as mine never really leaves the white block, is there something wrong with mine, although i always have my fans on full power hot blow so the engine does not get to warm Ben |
