i went to the scrap yard to get a few things (i made a list and everything  ) and one of the things i need is a full ariel, so i thought i might aswell get one off a mk4 as i think they go straight on? (correct me if im wrong please) BUT i couldnt get the damn thing off so how do i do it? cheers

pull the light down and look up, will be a torx screw holding it on, think its a T25, undo that and it pulls straight off mate!! |

wearing boxing gloves it can be a little tricky but use a nice flat screwdriver to slip in the side and pull the thing down works a treat!!

rear wiper arm, hand brake leather gator, the light itself if its a decent one with seperate map lights, rear brake light |

my boots smoothed off so no wiper, im debating the map light as i dont fancy cutting up my roof, iv just pulled one out of my torneo which is the same but tinted. when you say rear break light do you mean the one that goes on the rear window? |

thats the one yeah, some peeps call it the 3rd brake light, i have one for my proj, just after another for the runabout!! |

how hard are? I decided to go for the ford ka ariel as it looks nicer, it was a T25, are you mr haynes to know that lol |
