K I'm finally sending my 1.1 fiesta to the scrapper, its been sat outside my house now for almost 8 months so I'm going to take out the parts that I want to keep (spares back-ups)

Such as front and rear lights/bulbs, stereo, speakers, parcel shelf (as the one in my current Si is custom) etc

I need to get the centre console out for a few bits I'm in need of.
Have been waiting on my dad to help me do this since the accident (its not gonna happen) so I'm going to bite the bullet and go for it myself (taking it out of the 1.1 is the dummy run)

The consoles are identical as both are mk3 cars just need to know how to get it out so I can switch them over.

Also its not the whole thing just the part that starts by the air vents houses the 3 buttons (2 fogs, rear window defogger) stereo and ashtray. thats the only part I need to get off to take.

yes exactly what I was after.

Got some time off from work coming up and going to do a few jobs that have been nagging me like finally shifting the old LX. Such a shame as its only the offside wing and front passenger door that messed on it. Don't have the time or desire to do it, so decided to strip the bits that'll transfer over to my (current/future) Si. At the moment got lexus lights on it so want to get the stock ones off the old car and tint them to see what I prefer

and fix the ashtray!!


thanks for the link to the haynes manual, I'll have to print it off and go through it. definitely want to learn how to do more myself for the car, rather then throwing money at something that is easily done.
