two phillips screws undernaeth the dial"peak" ie the black thing that surrounds the dials, undue the screws pull off the peak coz its then only held on by the top ov the dash and then theres i think 4 more screws holding the dials in, undo them then gently pull dials towards u and twist wich ever ways easyer and disconnect the connections monky magic the dials are out, the speedo cable is a push in at the sides and pull type like the kiddy proof tops u get on harmfull stuff. 
enjoy its a piece of p**s to do

oh yes while im thinking about it u might have to take the steering cowling off so its 3 screws holding it on under the cowling so get on ye belly
