Depends on the CAT to be honest. If it's manifold back it should be fine for either 3/3.5. Might be downpipe back in which case it won't fit your Si straight off.

well its mk3 with a 2l, its got a si exhaust mani. and downpipe but im decatting (sp) it.

it should fit the exhaust system is the same as the one on the xr2i zetec thats mk3 shell altough floor is slightly different around the seats mk3.5 is flatter
