Received new wishbones and i want to remove the bushes to put some powerflex polybushes in them. Whats the best way to get the bushes out.....just hammer them or is there an easier way ?

cut them out mate, try drilling a few holes around the centre bit first and it will make it easier to get them out!! |

could try a vice, if not a garage will use there press for a couple of quid!! |

Now for my next trick............ as the title says its easier then i thought.......just drive the car and they will fall out  Getting bad knocking from what feels like the right front wheel. Got home and looked underneath and the drivers side wishbone looks like its hanging low and isnt sitting flat like the left hand side is. It looks like the middle bush is falling out the wishbone.......what do you reckon ?

its cause its slammed dude there not designed to sit at that angle, i had 16 wishbones on my car until i got adjustables |

Same thing. Maybe pop out sooner due to them being stiffer!
