Post subject:	engine cuts out?
hi guys jus need a bit of advice my cars engine keeps cutting out once or twice whenever i drive it. it only happens when the car is stationary i was wondering could it be something to do with the fuel injectors? or the idle control valve? it dont happen that much to be honest but it just gets annoyin after a while

i presume its a 1.6 Si? to me it sounds like it might be the ISCV, take it off and give it a good clean and then see how you get on
