Right, done 2 of these and built a zetec turbo in me old one, came to do this engine conversion, changed all the bits over, put it back in the the problems started.

Put the engine back in, connected loom and ecu , just left alternator unplugged to see if it would start before i carried on, didn't start and had no spark
changed the crank and cam pickup sensors and tried 3 ecu's on it and still no spark or pulse off the injectors, has power going to the cam and crank pickupkl, sensors came out of my 1.6 16v and worked fine on that.

need it done as carn't get to work, so if anyone in the midlands and off tmoz or can help pm me

or has anyone got any ideas on what this could be as iv racked my brains and carn't think what it is,

Is fuel pump priming? if not might be down to PATS system?
