can any one tell me how i fix this, when the door is shut i can moved the rubber seal and see light where the door is open slighly

how do you bring the door in more?

That's how is it chap. It's normal to hear the tops of the doors moving in the wind when you start travelling above 100mph and it gets proper breezey then. When you're pulling the rubber to the side with your fingers your flexing the top of the door too. I think you can fit later Fiesta door rubbers from a Mk5 to help the problem, but depends how much you care.

Consider yourself lucky, mine's a Mk3 and the rubbers are worse on that than your Si

it depends on how tight the door is to the bit where the door closes too but if there a lot ov room then u can wined the window down with the door open and bend the top or where ever the gap is in to the car but dont do it too much or u might not b able to shut the door after or if its the whole door, adjust the latch that the door catches to inward
