		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />my friend had this exact same problem on his escort....<br /><br />its the barrel...<br /><br />it slowy gets worn down and then the tumble cannot read the key correctly so it doesnt open....<br /><br />have to get a new set .....<br /><br />if u go on ebay theres a company that will manafacture a whole set for like 30-50quid  i think<br />not sure if its ignitin aswell<br /><br />hope it helps
