Post subject:  Have some water leaking on front doors :(

Hi had my door cards off today and my speakers looked a bit weathered which i was shocked about as there only 3 months old! . . . it started raining and i noticed that there is water coming through the front door rubber window strips (that pull off on the outside of the car) and is dripping between the strip and the window then dropping into the door between the 2 panels.
Any got any help or advice of what to do?? as this isnt going to be good for my speakers :( anyone had this on there SI??
thanks
