the iscv is a long looking thing under the TB, iirc its help in with 3x 7/8mm bolts

you'll need to get access to those bolts and undo them, when removing it just be gentle as if you can remove it without damaging the gasket it'll save you having to buy another

when its removed you'll need to spray brake cleaner in the valve itself(the part that faces the engine), when i did mine i sprayed it left it for 5min, emptied it then sprayed it again and left it for 5mins

i'll try and get some pic's for you so you know what your looking for

this link may be of some use to you
http://www.fiestaturbo.com/forums/post738119/#p738119

the top 2 bolts are pretty easy to get at but the bottom one is a pain in the arse to be honest
you will defo need a 7mm spanner for the bottom bolt, i managed to get a small rachet on the top 2

John
