Hello everyone,

i was driving with my friend today and when i hit the throttle hard and the engine revved high my mate said that there was smoke coming out of my exhaust and it smelt of petrol. it was a white smoke and it did smell quite alot.
what could this problem be?
i have a 1.4 si 90k on the clock and a full piper exhaust system, could it be head gasket or the exhaust blowing out something?

if any1 could help me it would be a great help

white smoke out of exhaust is an indication of water in the engine. probably caused by head gasket failure
