After looking at the pictures of the pickup on 13's.

I really really want to slap some on it, as it looked awesome.



The only thing is I cant remember what it drove like !!

So... do the fiesta's actually handle okay with 13's on?

At a guess I'd say no due to the fact the tyres are quite skinny and don't have much of a contact patch with the road, and there will be quite a bit of side-wall flex due to the balloon tyres, unless you fit low profiles.

Yeah. I honestly cant remember what it was like.

If I manage to aquire some more 13's with some legal tyres on I'll give it a go. I think I ate all the tyres by sticking them on the front while the camber was totally fooked due to wishbones.


Wide 13's could be a good idea, but I'd rather just got to my other set of 16's than spend money on wheels/tyres like that.

you can get 185 13s for a fiesta my first fiesta had them untill i stuck alloys on it, i still have one in the garage, handled fine on standerd suspension

My 1.1 Mk3 has 13's on and compared to the si, the handling is pretty cr*p!

Goin round corners it just wallows in the general direction the steering wheel is pointing, but hedges and ditches look like they might end up as cusions quite alot
