Just brought a 1.4 si, how hard is it for the local parts place to supply you with the right parts !!!

As its not all Zetec & its not all CVH .............

Been trying all day to get it started, but with no such luck...... - i have fuel, and a weak spark (i'd call it weak compared to my RS1800 fezzy). Could the coil pack's give out, as you can just crank it ,and crank it , with not even a spluter - doh

car's only got 57k on the clock.........

back box - well and truely stuffed big time, rotten as

The exhaust manifold to cylinder had gasket,well and truely shot - i reckon that was like the tail pipe !!!!!

Just hope now,when i get a new system - that was the cause of the problem

shouldnt be although i take it its lambda so if the manifolds full of leaky bits it will be sucking air in tricking it into thinking its running lean :?

still what do i know give me a carb and dizzy anyday

complete new exhaust system fitted - once they could get me the right down pipe - ahhhhhhh

the exhaust manifold to head gasket - was leaking big time

The car now runs fine - yepieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

now finish of the service & new dics and pads - as got big wheel vibration under braking
