Are the door latch mechanisms the same for central locking and non-central locking? I'm taking my car apart, and it seems to me that they should be the same, but I have nothing to compare them to.

The motors themselves are separate, with a rod going up to the latch mechanism, and the rod clips on just under the spring...

Either way, I have both the motors and the latches, just wondering...
