i have tried getting this coil over in tonight and it just wont go in i got the other one in i have jacked it up on the ball joint and the hub just keeps flopping everhwere and peing me off it also wont tighten at the top because the thread jsut keeps goign round with the bolt

i found that clamping the suspension strut itself to stop it spinning allowed us to tighten the top mount bolt. with the hub i have explained how we did it. a good hour or so a jack a hammer and lots of patience. either that or get a bloody mechanic to do it.

| what did u clamp the strut with m8 ill get there in theend just impatient at the moment

Get a G-clamp or a set of molegrips on it......feel the leverage
