Right problem in getting hold of a mk3 windscreen quick at moment :( need it in time for early next week and struggling

Had a look at some mk4 windscreens and they look the same size as the car really isnt much different to the mk3, they have a smaller windscreen rubber as they are also bonded onto the car.. sooooooooo I was thinking, mk4 windscreen and bold it onto the mk3 and use either mk3 or mk4 rubber seal depending

Ive read a few people saying they fit and some say they dont

any info much appriciated!!!

Used the mk4/5 rubber. Bonded the window into the lip.

Only thing I can say it from the interior you can see a gap around the edges, if you used a mk4 dash you wouldnt see this. although you could mod the mk3 rubber to go around just the inside of the screen to cover this i guess :)

just change the dash m8, easy to do, i got the mk3 dash out in literally 10 minutes, u should change the heater assembly to if u want heat :D

did u get a normal screen or is it heated? 8-)
