		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />DO NOT PUT 10w-40 in ther i done it and i've had to rebuild the head cos the valve got stuck in the guide,managed to do it on the cheap but its taken a week,2 machine shops and the best part of £200,plus all my time,,,,<br /><br />but at least i know its a good un now<br /><br />that not mention the new lifters,i tried before i took the head off,,@ £7.50 each,,16 all together you do the maths,<br /><br />stick to 5w-30 its the best way trust me
