just changed the cambelt 2day, but know ive got a squeelling noice when the wheels are on full lock, whys this?? |

You might want to take the wheel off and have a look m8. You will be able to see where it is rubbing |

when u turn the wheels full lock it puts more strain on the belt hence why the power steering switch stables the idle when turrning the wheel the belt might be slipping sometimes they go hard over amount of time mine used to squeel so what idid i got some stuff called holts and that treats the belt |

Does it squeal when stationary or on move? If when stationary would say it is the auxiliary belt slipping when the power steering pump gets loaded up, is the auto belt tensioned working ok. If only when on move has the inner wing liner come adrift when you took the belt off and rubbing against the tyre? |

found out wat it is now, alternator belt is a bit slack, thought it was, checked in college 2day wid my lecturers, so i gota tighten it up a bit tommorow ready for FITP |
