Hey not long had my Si ( 1.25 Zetec Si 16v) its my first car :] and heater seems to have packed in. Still get cold air blowing through fine (not needed in this bloody weather atm). Possibly dial has come away from connection on other side. Cant seem to get my Kenwood system out to unscrew panelling tho to see if i can fix it this way. Any other possabilities? |

Where did temp sender come into this? ![]() Its heater valve, easy to change, 4 hose clips, undo, pull of pipes, disconnect wiring. Put back together. Do yourself a favour, buy a ford one; Originally, ford had lots of proplems with these, Ford have revised it with a new part number, however many motor factors still sell the part which is the same as the old one, not the revised one. ![]() |
