Is it a 1.6 si? if so it's an automatic adjuster. Not sure on the manual
ones.

Good luck with it

i think if you look at your clutch pedal, if you have a white knob on it i think its manual were as if you dont its auto :?

f its auto i would of guessed it is your clutch going, and i think the down side on auto ones is you cant adjust were the bite point and pedal hight is i do believe :| were you can on a manual?

someone please correct me  [/code]

standerd manual will look like this...........
Image
sorry about the blurry pic i was cold lol

if it looks like that then its a simple case of lossening the white screw. then push the white screw in which will realease the rachet clip and you should be able to push the peddle to the floor without any friction, tighten the white screw back up then loosen it of again and pull the peddle up untill its at the right hight(it will click when doing this doe to the rachet) when its at the right hight tighten the white screw back up! job done.

if its not that type then i have no idea!

think ill make a guide on manual adjustment on cluch peddles as i seem to tell everyone

i have heard many people having problems about there clutch cables snapping the reason the new ones snap is because the lug hole on the lever arm needs greasing with copper grease. i kept having problems with my cables snapping all the time until i found outthat the lug hole was cahffering the cable causin the cable to twist it cured my problem
