mine does about 180 full tank maybe less if im racing it.. cuz jst cant help... ye shud idle round 800-900

I think my car idles around 800-1000, but not sure as it usually read 3000 lol, i always use optimax and a tenner lasts me around 90miles, try using some redex see ifit makes any difference!

i only seem to get 200 mile outta my tank if i fill it right up. i thnk it kinda sucks. Thats sumthing else does the si have a petrol light. either it doesnt or mine doesnt work

I have been using it every other or every other two tanks.

Basically because I have heard one it cleans your engine, it gives a little more power and a little more mpg. However can cause wear on older engines (apparently).

I would say it make a marginal gain in performance.

could probably make your own to be fair..
or get hold of a cabin filter/aircon filter (the thin white meshy stuff), strip it and use a couple of thin layers, staple it or screw it to the sides of the bottom part of ur air box..

top half admittedly can get lost, but make sure it doesnt have any gaps, and check it daily see if its splitting / clean it etc..

failing that, get a cheap second hand panel k&n.?

Considered you might have a dodgy maf sensor btw?
