I shall join this discussion too! lol
As i need advice on bending back my arch lips as my wheels scrape.
When i got the car in Dec 2008 i got my arches professionally done at about £150 per arch, so cost me £300 and i don't want to bend them and have to spray if they crack.
If it helps i'm gunna put XR/RS skirts and arches on... but i'm a bit of a perfectionist xD

1 way to sum up the 197 is like sex, you build upto the best bit and when it eventually happens it only last a few seconds but you always want to do it again!
Poor Orange Si is hurt. Started first time after sitting for 3 weeks and with virtually no petrol in it

thats not a huge amount at all! some harsh sandpaper and kurust will sort that out

best method most probably is to wire brush it back to get rid of the loose stuff add some kurust leave it for a few hours give it royal old sanding then more kurust then keep repeating till you see some nice smooth clean metal then seal with some waxoyl :thumbsup:

as were on the good old subject of rust...i have just bought my second si as i regretted selling my last one but ....i have rust on arches and inside door seal.heres a pic of the arch and its completly bubble so what would you do with that (i havent got pictures of the seal yet )...im gunna give it a bash my self even tho im female i can spray to a good standard and dont mind blood sweat and tears sooo.....
