Had that prblem before and the exact same solution, i didnt bother with the fancy zetec timing kit, just used the side of an old cd case, now works perfectly

If you look through all the posts on here people just seem to throw money as their cars thinking that it is onething when 9times out of 10 it will be the free option or the cheapest option but when they realise not to waste money like they do and go back to the basics, things will be a lot easier & cheaper. Nice one ane now you can enjoy !!

Oh, just to add to the happy theme, car's now booked into be resprayed and should be complete for FITP =D
