1.6 box blown up car will do 110mph max ratio are shit

1.8 turbo diesal box blown up done 110mph in 3rd

and then a 1.8 escort box and that ran sweet untill i blew it up. 140mph in 5th



what is the best box???? their gotta b one out their that isnt really dear and will take the pain lol

Dont change your driving style mate, i like it! lol!

Maybe look at a s2 lsd gearbox or maybe try and find a tage 2 box, could be cheaper in the long run.

i had a 1.8 escort box on my old si it went fine and took what i give it. but i cant source 1 at the mo. im stuck with my 1.6 box untill it blows or i can grab maself a another escort one.
