Right, 1.6 ecu + maf, idles at just under 2000

1.8 ecu + maf - starts n idles as normal, then after a few seconds it stalls. Connections on 1.8 ecu were a bit grimey so need to clean them and see what happens.

Changed the idle speed control valve of the 1.6 onto the 1.8 manifold and it hasent changed anything?

What should i try next.

Could it be spark plugs causing it too stall when idling with the 1.8 ecu? Ive changed oil, oil filter, fuel filter n leads but not plugs yet as they were so tight and i couldnt get them out so thought id change them a bit lata.
