I bought a set of recaro front seats, only the runners are rusy.

How do i get the runners apart, i mean the sliding parts

Removed them allready from the seats and removed the springs that lock it in place.

Is it possible to remove sliding parts from each other without destroying it, seems to be a plastic thingy in it that is holding it together
