Right guys the fuel pump on the fezzy decides to stop working now and then.so today the fuel pump stopped again so i took out the relay and riged it so the pump stayed on constant.so i started the car and it ran normal.so i took the riged relay back out and put a normal relay back in and the fuel pump came back to normal any ideas on whats wrong

Check the crashsensor.. changed mine also,same problems.

BUMP!!!!!!!! changed the crank sensor and fuel pump still the same problem :(

If removing and replacing the relay made it work then it sounds to me like a dodgy connection on the relay.

I would take it out and clean all contacts/check for broken wires around the relay.

After doing some testing the relsy aint always recieving igntion live any suggestions

Hi mate,

Standard no signal checks

1) Poor connection at relay
2) broken cable on run from relay to ignition
3) poor connection at ignition

Simple fix would be run a new cable with spades from relay to ignition switch (pretty sure you can pull ignition live from there!)
