cleaned my car yesterday and when i came to clean the insde of the drivers door! the blooming thing wouldn't open! just kept on locking the door, so i tried opening it from the inside and it has the same affect! so took of all of the door trim to see if i could open it that way but no joy, but i did find a small spring in the bottom of the inside of the door, so think its broken off the handle cos the handles all floppy and no resistance so gona have to get this repaired! :cry:

would a handle from an escort be the same as the si? cos my friends just had his rote off so if there the same ill just use one of his!

so if you can tell me how to open the door from the inside it will be a great help! cos climbing out the passenger side dont look very cool! :lol:
