i have 195/40/15 to go on my si i want to lower it 60mm will it rub any where and how will it affect the bushes!!

there are avon tyres too

u will need to have your arches trimmed and and your bushes will hate the 60mm drop, the wishbones r supposed to sit flat on a standard ride height car but once u slam it 60mm they will b put at an angle they weren't desided for, i have mine on 195 45 r15 and lowered 60 mm on a g-max kit and have been through 7 wishbones in 1 year! a poly bush might help it but a camber adjustable wishbones will sort it but will cost £270 or so but i'm gonna go for it as i had a crash due to knackered wishbones and ended up in a ditch!(all fixed now though) u will know when your wishbones r knackered the car just won't handle very well at all!

so what would you suugest then i lower what iam planning is getting set of 60mm springs then decide from there wat size i get good suspension
