im trying to wiring in a push to start switch and ignition switch but i dont have a clue what colour wires do what on the back of the ignition, can about help me by telling me what colours do what please

in a nutshell, you need to put a wire from the black wire (switched live) to one side of the switch, and the other side of the switch to the black/blue stripe wire (starter), its a bit pointless really as to do this you still need to turn the key to the second position to a. remove the steering wheel lock, and b. get a feed to the switched lives... i have done it but dont use mine anymore, its just there because there is a 22mm hole in the dash
