I see this has been asked tens of times before, but everywhere i look... different answers.

I need a deffinate answer. However this is on a 2.3 duratec turbo.

This is the current set up on the car, i dont think its right.

If what i think is right, is right, it could be the reason why its trying to push oil out of the seal for the dipstick tube and another leak because its not letting pressure out of the crankcase.

obviously the connections will be dictated to by how its baffled internally to seperate the vapour from the liquid. my only suggestion would be to contact the manufacturer of said pot and ask for a connection diagram. make sure the PCV isnt stuck shut causing a pressure buildup. have you tried running it without the atmosphere filter on? not sure if youve tried turbosport. theres a few guys on there running modified duratecs for competition so have aftermarket breathers on. not turbos granted but theyre a knowlegable bunch and pretty helpful too. (sorry to plug another site :P )

Edit: just had a look in the members gallery and you say your due an oil change. reminds me of another problem ive had in the past. and it was a bit baffling at the time. has it got the correct oil in it?...or could it do with a different grade being turbocharged?....

i contacted bailey motorsport for fitting instructions. its as i thought, top two are breathers to cam cover/block, bottom angled one is return too sump and indeed vent to atmosphere is small bottom one.

as you say oil change, gonna do that and set the breather as i think it should be and see how it goes.

iirc i had a problem ages ago where the oil was soo mank, it wanted to leak out of every seal!

will have a look on turbosport too
